            Upon moving to Hartsville thirty-nine years ago, I quickly found Burry Bookstore.  Charlie Burry was always so happy to see his customers and to help them find what they were looking for.  Now, his daughter, Emily, continues to keep Burry's the same happy, friendly store it has always been.  But, she has also kept up with changing times by offering online shopping, luncheons with authors and generally keeping us all up to date.  The entire staff is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - my shopping experience is always a pleasure.  Burry's continues to be a Hartsville treasure!
